Origin Story
RedMarble was born out of a necessity to address the persistent challenges Western brands face when developing and manufacturing abroad.
As a liaison between brands, world-class design teams, engineers, and manufacturers, our founder Sal often found himself navigating an antiquated, fragmented system—one that too often lacked a unified goal: bringing great products to market.
He repeatedly witnessed costly missteps—from startups to global brands—where design intent was lost during production, leading to delays, frustrations, and wasted potential. Compelled to fix what was broken, Sal set out to build a better way forward.
That’s how RedMarble began.
By combining structured, milestone-driven development systems, Sal teamed up with Baptiste —a fellow entrepreneur who had spent over a decade managing design teams in Asia through his firm, Miio Studio. Together, building a collaborative framework to streamline Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA), aligning creative vision with scalable production.
Today, RedMarble operates across Asia, Southeast Asia, the U.S., and Mexico, helping brands not only bring products to life—but do so with flexibility, resilience, and clarity. As global supply chains evolve, we support companies looking to diversify production, reduce risk, and stay closer to their customers.
