Phase 1: Onboarding
We embark on the first phase of your product launch journey, a ~7-day period where we deep dive and work with you into the essence of your product, your target customers, price point, and aspirations. Team Assignment: We'll assemble a dedicated crew for your product's growth. The team will include a leader who will serve as your single point of contact for all matters. What are we working on? We'll start with a number of questions; however, you're not expected to have all the answers. Together, we'll identify and bridge any gaps. We clarify the vision and functionality requirements, and we'll take it from there to bring your vision to life. Feasibility Study: We’ll conduct a Feasibility Study to explore all potential product development methods, identify any red flags, and address possible issues BEFORE production. Product Design & Strategy: We define product design, goals, including tolerance, measurements, materials, process, BEFORE development. A BOM covering Pilot Run, prototypes, molds, tooling, mass production and tangible pathway for you and your client. With a team, development quote, and timelines, your product and business take shape. At the end of onboarding, you'll have a team, timelines, quotes, and a project plan.
Phase 2: Development
We execute your creative vision inching you closer to realizing your idea. This phase can range between 3 to 9 months, based on complexity of the concept and number of prototype revisions. Prototyping & Iterations: We'll kick off your project by developing prototypes and rigorously testing them to ensure they align with your vision. As we nail down the specifics of your prototype, we'll can also work together to brainstorm packaging ideas. We take care of all the nitty-gritty details like material selection, size considerations, certifications, and international shipping logistics. Rest assured, we'll keep you in the loop with regular video calls to go over updates, including photos, videos, and physical samples. Golden Sample: The development phase brings us to the pre-production prototype, all the way to the final, stamped "Golden Sample". Before the first launch, we run a small-scale test involving around 5% of total units to minimize resource wastage. Every decision taken during this phase like the choice of materials, finish, color, textures, scale, and styling, plays a pivotal role in determining the unit quality and cost. We ensure clear communication with our partners throughout the process, paving the way for efficient mass production once we receive approval.
Phase 3: Production
The manufacturing phase, typically ~60 days, begins after finalizing your Golden Sample. We handle everything, including mold, tool building, and elements like backend tasks such as quality control, repairs, and maintenance. Quality Control: We test the products for durability, reliability, and functionality. Repair & Maintenance: We troubleshoot, repair, and handle replacement of parts. Supply Chain Management: In manufacturing, your overall process strength is determined by its weakest link. A single component supplier can delay the entire process, becoming a bottleneck for project delivery. We handle all aspects of the supply chain, from sourcing to delivery, and everything in-between ensuring on-time deliveries in perfect condition. Our system guarantees project completion within the set timeframe and budget. Efficient inventory management and smooth shipments are essential for a brand's success in the fast-paced market.
